Meet Sunny
My family and I have proudly called the Conrich area home since 2012.
With these strong local roots, I am not just your councillor — I am also your neighbor, sharing the same hopes and concerns for our community.
My wife, Jyoti, and I are especially proud of our children, Mehar and Kaveer, and we cherish the time we spend together as a family here in Rocky View County.
Since being elected, I have actively engaged with the County on issues that matter most to residents. Together, we have made real progress: improving road safety with proper signage, adding new benches, providing seasonal washrooms for seniors in Cambridge Park, and securing County grants that were put to optimal use in our community.
With an Engineering degree in Computer Science and professional experience at IBM and the CRA, I bring both technical expertise and practical problem-solving skills. Today, as a licensed Real Estate Professional, I focus on working closely with people to understand their needs and achieve common goals — the same approach I bring to my role as your councillor.
It has been an honor to serve Division 6. I remain committed to being accessible, transparent, and accountable, always ensuring YOUR voice is heard at council. With your support on October 20, 2025, I will continue delivering positive change and progress for our community.

✓ Secured Prairie Gateway Deal with City of Calgary for CPKC rail-served inland port → over $7 Billion in economic activity and 30,000+ jobs.
✓ Advanced Airport Trail/Stoney Interchange Expansion → improving access to Rocky View County (construction ongoing).
✓ Approved McKnight/Twp Rd 250 Realignment → construction begins 2026.
✓ Delivered safety upgrades at Glenmore Trail & RR 284/283.
